About the Co-Founders
Eyal Tropen has a BA in Physics and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering.
For over 18 years, Eyal worked as a Senior Program/Project Manager in the
high-tech industry, until his desire to more directly help people in his community
drove him to a career change. He is now happy to be working in an industry where he can help people build their family’s generational wealth and improve their lives.
Eyal works as a Branch Manager/Designated Broker for Motto Mortgage Titan©. He is a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in Washington, Oregon, California, & Texas, working closely with top professionals, including Real Estate Brokers, Financial Advisors, Builders, and Developers. He prides himself in driving customized, win-win real-estate transactions for his clients and partners, and as such has been on the cover of Featured Agent Magazine, Top 100 in Real Estate Magazine, and for 5 years in a row, was selected as “Best in Bellevue” in the Mortgage category.
Yael Tropen has a Master’s in Engineering Management, is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified, and is employed as a Business Transformation Leader at Philips Health. She specializes in driving operational excellence, designing and improving business processes, driving to improved efficiencies and reduced costs.
Through their joint company “My Property Funding”, Yael and Eyal are working on building their real-estate Portfolio via various investments, including ownership in rentals and over a dozen Self-Storage facilities nationwide.
